Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, & Reiki III Therapist
I have always been active! From a young age finding peace hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing and sailing! And later in life sharing this love with my husband and our three beautiful children. So a natural fit for me was to then share this with others by becoming a personal trainer, yoga instructor and Reiki Therapist.
To be healthy, happy, and peaceful we have to be connected. Let me help you become connected through my yoga classes, personal training, Reiki or ALL three!
Find your peace.... Namaste'
I love yoga because it encompasses the WHOLE person... MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT and can accommodate all ages and levels of fitness. This became evident to me when I suffered a knee injury. No longer able to take my walks, I turned to my 20 year yoga practice for solace and strength. I learned to modify poses to suit my needs and to focus on what I could do instead of what I could not do.
The decision to become a RYT 200 yoga instructor has been life changing. It is my goal to teach others what lessons I learned while practicing yoga through injury. By nurturing your MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT, you can do it too, through yoga!
In addition to yoga, I still enjoy walks with girlfriends, cooking with my daughter, and tending our community garden with my neighbors.
I am grateful for the undying support of my husband Bill, our 4 adult children, and 8 grandchildren.
